Flat rate means one price for the work in that row, given by phone before we book and texted to you the day before. A pipe the camera shows is broken or bellied is a repair, quoted separately by the crew that does it. A row marked as not included means we don't add that charge to that line.

Which tool fits

Jet or cable? Each has its clog

Every truck carries a cable machine as well as the jetter. The operator picks by what the line is blocked with, and says so before starting.

From customers

What they say after the truck leaves

“They gave me the flat rate on the phone and that was the number on the invoice. The camera showed me the pipe under the kitchen was sound, so I didn't have to guess.”

Yvonne T.Homeowner, Fort Wayne

“Our grease line is a standing Tuesday stop now. The truck is done before the lunch prep starts and I get photos of the clean line.”

Wilfredo P.Owner of a diner, New Haven

“One call booked the stacks for the whole building, and the invoice came split by unit. That saves me an afternoon of sorting every time.”

Questions about the price

Before you book a slot

When do I hear the price?

On the phone, before we book a truck, and again by text the day before your route day. The flat rate is for the work we agreed on the phone. If the camera shows something that needs a different fix, the operator stops and tells you before doing more.

What makes a flat rate go up?

A line over 100 feet, roots that need the cutting head, a heavy second pass of grease or scale, or a main line with no cleanout so a toilet has to be pulled. Each one is named on the phone before we book, so you know what the flat rate covers.

Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?

We don't run nights or Sundays. Routes run Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning is for call-ins. Calls after 5 p.m. get a call back at 7 a.m.

Is the camera part of the flat rate?

It is an added row, so you choose. On a main line we suggest it, because it shows whether roots or a broken pipe made the clog. The camera look comes with a written report of what it found and photos.
